I first became interested in the real estate business when I was in the process of buying my condo at 933 W. Van Buren in the West Loop. It was during that time that I realized I could lend my own unique way of getting things done, the way they should be done, to others buying and selling property.
When I am working with a client my first priority is to ensure we are communicating openly and effectively. Buying and selling property comes with enough challenges and your real estate agent shouldn’t be one of them.
I have found that straight forward communication saves time, can eliminate stress and allows for better decisions to be made. I want to afford my client the ability to focus solely on the task at hand.
With a background in healthcare consulting, I take a thorough approach to analyzing each situation to assure my client of the best possible outcome. Sometimes that may result in the proposed timeline being extended or the initial plan altered but I know in the long run the extra time or effort spent doing it right or in this case making the right decision will pay off for all involved.
