True Loft Living
Like the loft buildings in nearby Printer’s Row, this mid-rise brick building located at 1500 W Monroe was originally designed to house a printing press. It was converted to loft residencies in 2002.
Every loft has soaring 15-foot ceilings plus oversized warehouse style windows that allow for amazing views of the park and Chicago skyline.
In true loft style, every unit has exposed brick and timber, real hardwood floors and balconies which are ideal for entertaining or just chilling.
The building features one, two and three bedroom units with living space as large as 1600 square feet. There are some amazing penthouse units as well.

Sitting in the western portion of the West Loop, Park 1500 Lofts is literally across the street from Skinner Park. This is no doubt one of the most attractive features of this location. It’s also in close proximity to the University of Illinois at Chicago.
From here it’s also pretty easy to get over to restaurants and bars on Madison or Restaurant Row on Randolph Street. Plus Fulton Market restaurants are about a 10 minute walk.
For daily shopping, there’s Target, Whole Foods and Mariano’s in the neighborhood. Plus there’s also the Blue, Pink & Green CTA lines. And if you commute by car, from here you can easily access to the expressways: 290, 90/94, 55 and Lake Shore Drive.
