Living In Roscoe Village

Many Roscoe Village residents will quietly tell you that their neighborhood is the best place to live in Chicago.

The neighborhood really does have a “village” feel. Moreover, its location offers residents all the sophisticated options you’d expect from a more well-known Chicago neighborhood. For example, the neighborhood dining and nightlife is well-established and lively.

These days Roscoe Village is no longer a well-kept secret. However, it’s still a bit off the beaten path. As a result, unlike its more famous neighbor to the east Lakeview, Roscoe Village is not a neighborhood widely considered by those relocating to Chicago.

Roscoe Village real estate for sale consists mostly of traditional brick three-flats and vintage walkups. These properties are ideal for young families who don’t yet need too much space. Plus there are also plenty of larger vintage and newly built condos and single family homes for sale here.
