“I choose the building because it is a well managed and the assessments are very reasonable for what you get: Cable TV, a 24 hour doorman, a great rooftop deck and a solid gym. There are many buildings in the West Loop that have higher or similar assessment fees and you get nothing for them. The building is well constructed, with attention to detail and they did a good job with the design.”

What do you like best about living there?

“My favorite part about living at 933 W Van Buren is it is in the West Loop and therefore close to everything the West Loop has to offer. Another part of the building that really stands out for me is great Rooftop deck. The Chicago skyline view is amazing. And the ability to rent it out for a party is a great perk.”

What’s nearby?

“Greek Town, Randolph Street and Madison Street which are packed with bars and restaurants are all less than a 10 minute walk away. And the Blue Line is steps away. Plus 290 and 90/94 are both less than a .5 mile away.”

“While many of the unit still have a fire place in them, I would recommend removing them. It will make the unit feel much bigger.”
