I offer a strong customer service, technology, and marketing background developed over a 13 year career with Caterpillar Inc. Although my skill set provides a great foundation, my true passion for real estate came alive in 2004 when working with rehabs, property management and rentals. Along with a business partner, I owned and managed 15 single family homes in the Peoria area. That experience gave me true insight into the investor and property management world and kick started a career in real estate.
Living in the great city of Chicago has been truly rewarding on both a personal and professional level. No matter what the market does, the opportunities get better year after year. When I moved here in 2007, I worked for one of the large real estate brokers, but it is easy to get lost in the shuffle and become focused on production rather than relationships.
