"I was referred to Chuck by a friend who worked with him to find and purchase a condo. I was moving into Chicago from out of town and planned a trip for apartment hunting. I was on a very tight schedule and had less than a week to look. Chuck made everything a breeze. He asked me my preferences, price range, preferred neighborhood, etc. In a flash I was emailed nearly 30 listings, from which we would choose a subset to take a look at in person.
Once we zeroed in on a place, we had to apply and wait for the condo owner's response. During this part of the process, Chuck was out of town on vacation, but was always accessible via email and was able to transfer documents between me and the owner seamlessly. He even gave me pointers on producing a cover letter for the condo owners to ensure that I was chosen among the pool of applicants.
Throughout the process, Chuck was very accessible and rapidly responsive. I would recommend this service to all who are looking to rent or buy in Chicago."

The thing I remember most about Chuck is every time we saw a new property he had his list of questions, like any agent.
