"I had the great fortune of working with Jessica Schimpff on buying my first condo and could not be more pleased with the results!

To start off, I had no clue what I was doing as a long-time renter and first-time buyer. It's a long, complicated process and can be overwhelming. But Jessica took the time to walk me through what it was going to be like and what to expect every step of the way.

She's extremely knowledgeable of all the details that go into buying a home (and there are a lot!) and communicated them clearly and concisely. She listened to all of my needs, wants, and requirements for what I was looking for in a new home and asked the right questions to help me think about even more things I'd want in a home I wouldn't have ever thought of otherwise.

When we started looking at places I could tell she spent a lot of time finding places that met my criteria to give me many great options to choose from. When actually looking at places, all the outings were well planned out and we saw a lot (and I mean A LOT) in a short amount of time. I was very impressed with how quickly, smoothly, and effectively we went through places, drilling down to the perfect place.

Jessica always provided sound advise about each place regarding its cost, location, re-sale potential, etc. that was important in making such an important decision without pressuring me one way or another.

Once I'd settled on a place, Jessica worked her magic and I landed the place I wanted well under what I was originally expecting to pay. You can't beat that!

Now I'm the proud owner of a beautiful downtown condo, with a lake view, indoor pool, and all the other good stuff!

"We began working with Jessica Schimpff by chance and are really lucky and glad we ran into her that Saturday as she was leaving her office for another appointment. My wife and I were planning to walk the area with our two oldest kids, who were looking for an apartment, and Jessica offered to assist even though she was heading to another appointment.

To explain the situation, we live in Kenosha, WI, my son is a sophomore at UIC, and my daughter had just graduated from UW-Madison and accepted a job at the Merchandise Mart and was temporarily living in Addison, IL. Given all of the above, and conflicting work and travel schedules, needless to say, the search had all the makings of becoming a logistical nightmare!

Jessica was more than helpful and understanding, always adjusting to our schedule and needs, while showing us great rental properties within our given parameters, and making the most of our time. Jessica was very responsive and explicit in all of our e-mail and telephone communications, and was an absolute joy on what ended up being the last day of our search, when we spent a Sunday afternoon viewing eight different properties.

Jessica obviously knows Chicago as she provided many options in all areas of our target search area - basically a very broad area between Lincoln Park and UIC. We found an apartment for the kids on that Sunday, but could probably still be looking if not for Jessica's assistance and high-quality level of service.
